1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, services, courses, platforms, or materials (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CUH&P by Yulia Volimerets, LLC, doing business as Chicago Institute of Hypnosis and Coaching (“Institute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Educational Purpose Only

All materials, courses, coaching, and hypnosis training are provided solely for educational purposes. They are not intended to replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal advice or treatment.

The Institute does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions.

4. Account Registration and Security

Certain features may require account registration.

You agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information;
• keep your login credentials confidential;
• be fully responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

The Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Payments and Refunds

Program fees are listed on the website or communicated by an Institute representative. By making a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

All sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated. Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the Institute’s Refund Policy or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All Institute content, including but not limited to videos, texts, presentations, recordings, and methodologies, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• may not be distributed;
• may not be modified;
• may not be used for commercial purposes;
• may not be shared with third parties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• violate any applicable laws or regulations;
• harass, abuse, or harm other users;
• distribute spam, malware, or harmful code;
• interfere with platform functionality;
• attempt unauthorized access to Institute systems.

8. Third-Party Services

The Institute uses third-party platforms including Moodle, KommoCRM, SendPulse, and other tools. Use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Institute shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, interruption of service, emotional distress, or system failures.

You use the Services at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Institute from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

The Institute may terminate or restrict your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, access to materials may be revoked and refunds will not be issued.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
