Module Schedule:- Individual Mentoring / 1 hr: The most advanced element of the program — a PCC-level mentor works one-on-one with a student to identify which of the 37 ICF markers are already present in their practice and what can be strengthened
- Workshop / 2 hrs: Deep dive into Competency #6 – Active Listening
- Group Mentoring / 2 hrs: In groups of up to 10, guided by a PCC coach. Student sessions are reviewed with full group involvement
- Workshop / 2 hrs: Deep dive into Competency #7 – Evoking Awareness
- Group Supervision / 2 hrs: In a group of up to 10 students, a professional supervisor helps explore situations where the coach’s personal dynamics may have influenced the session. This broader reflection fosters transformation for both the coach and the group
- Workshop / 2 hrs: Managing Change — exploring the transformational processes clients go through in coaching and how to support them effectively
- Observed Coaching Session / 2 hrs: One student plays the coach, another the client. A PCC-level coach reviews the session according to ICF standards
- Workshop / 2 hrs: Coach Development — an expanded perspective on career pathways and methods for growing as a professional coach
- Demo Session / 2 hrs: Trainer conducts a live coaching session with a student and analyzes it
- Group Mentoring / 2 hrs: A follow-up group mentoring session with session reviews guided by a PCC-level coach
- Triad Practice / 2 hrs: Students rotate through the roles of coach, client, and observer. The observer helps the coach identify demonstrated markers and areas for growth — while gaining insight themselves. The client works on a real personal goal
- Q&A / 1.5 hrs: A PCC-level coach answers student questions about course material, coaching practice, client cases, and more
- Lecture from MCC / 2 hrs: The second of three required live lectures from a Master Certified Coach (MCC) — the highest ICF credential globally. Includes simultaneous Russian interpretation. Students also gain access to 17 optional MCC lectures
