At the Chicago Institute of Hypnosis and Coaching, we are committed to providing a fair, transparent, and supportive educational environment. This policy outlines the procedures for submitting and resolving student complaints and grievances.
Students are encouraged to first attempt to resolve concerns informally by communicating directly with the individual(s) involved. Open and respectful dialogue often leads to timely and effective resolution.
If the issue is not resolved informally, the student may submit a formal written complaint to the Program Manager at info@institute-hypnosis.com within three (3) business days of the incident.
The complaint should include:
The Program Manager will provide a written response within two (2) business days.
If the student is not satisfied with the outcome, an appeal may be submitted to the Program Director at the same email address within three (3) business days of receiving the initial decision.
The appeal must include:
A written decision will be issued within three (3) business days. The decision of the Program Director is final.
All complaints are handled confidentially. Information is shared only with individuals directly involved in the review and resolution process.
If a complaint cannot be resolved internally, the student may submit a complaint to the Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE).
Complaints must be submitted in writing. Additional information is available at: www.ibhe.org
