🎓 Academic Calendar
At the Chicago Institute of Hypnosis and Coaching, our programs are offered on a rolling basis, with new groups formed regularly throughout the year. We follow a flexible academic model designed for small group learning and personalized attention.

🗓️ Program Start Format

• New groups are formed monthly
• Each program begins once a minimum of 5 students are enrolled
• Maximum group size: 12 students
• Application deadline: 3 days before the program start date

🕒 Training Format

• Delivery mode: online
• Schedule: weekdays only
• (Daytime and evening groups available — please check with your program manager)

📆 Holidays & Breaks

• No classes are held on official U.S. holidays
• For the Hypnotherapy program, short breaks are scheduled after each level and between modules
• The Coaching program runs continuously, with breaks only for holidays

🎓 Diploma & Certificate Issuance

• Diplomas from the Chicago Institute of Hypnosis and Coaching are issued within 2 weeks of program completion
• NGH certificates (where applicable) are issued after all program requirements are fulfilled
