Right to Cancel

A student has the right to cancel enrollment within five (5) business days after signing the Enrollment Agreement and making the initial payment. In this case, the Institute will issue a 100% refund of all amounts paid, including tuition and fees.

Refund After Five (5) Business Days

After the fifth business day, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis, based on the number of academic hours the student has accessed or completed.

Hours considered include access to:

• live online classes,
• recorded sessions,
• educational materials,
• learning platforms.

No refunds are issued once full access to all course materials has been granted.

Non-Refundable Fees

• Registration fee (if applicable)
• Fees for materials and educational resources

These fees are non-refundable once access to course materials has been provided.

Official Notice of Cancellation

The effective date of cancellation is the date on which the Institute receives written notice from the student.

To submit a cancellation request:

• Request and complete the Cancellation and Refund Request Form;
• Email the completed form to info@institute-hypnosis.com;
• Provide a brief explanation for the cancellation.

Method and Timing of Refund

Refunds are issued within 30 calendar days from the official cancellation date. Payments are refunded using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside the standard policy may be considered in documented cases of:

• medical emergencies,
• active military service deployment,
• other extraordinary circumstances.
