Right to Cancel

A student has the right to cancel enrollment within five (5) business days after signing the Enrollment Agreement and making the initial payment. In this case, the Institute will issue a 100% refund of all tuition paid. The registration fee is non-refundable in all cases, as disclosed in the Enrollment Agreement and in the Registration Fee Schedule below.

Refund After Five (5) Business Days

After the five (5) business day cancellation period, refunds are calculated on a pro rata basis, determined by the number of instructional clock hours paid for but not yet received by the student at the time of withdrawal or dismissal, consistent with the Enrollment Agreement.

Hours considered in this calculation include the student's access to:

• live online classes,
• recorded sessions,
• educational materials,
• learning platforms.

No refund is issued once the student has been granted full access to all course materials for the program.

Non-Refundable Fees

• Registration fee - non-refundable in all cases, once enrollment has been accepted.
• Fees for materials and educational resources - non-refundable once access has been granted.

Registration Fee Schedule

The registration fee is program-specific and is stated in the applicable Enrollment Agreement at the time of signing. Current registration fees by program are:

• Professional Hypnosis Training and NGH Certification: $550 (non-refundable)
• International-Level Professional Coach (ICF Level 2): $450 (non-refundable)

Registration fees for individual short courses, workshops, or modules offered outside of the two approved programs above are set out separately in the relevant Enrollment Agreement and may differ from the amounts listed here.

Official Notice of Cancellation

The effective date of cancellation is the date on which the Institute receives written notice from the student.

To submit a cancellation request:

• Request and complete the Cancellation and Refund Request Form;
• Email the completed form to info@institute-hypnosis.com;
• Provide a brief explanation for the cancellation.

Method and Timing of Refund

Refunds are issued within thirty (30) calendar days from the official cancellation date. Refunds are made using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside of this standard policy may be considered, at the sole discretion of the Director, in documented cases of:

• verified medical emergencies,
• active military service deployment,
• other extraordinary circumstances approved by the Director.
