Right to Cancel

Students may cancel their enrollment within five (5) business days (Monday through Friday, excluding official U.S. holidays) after signing the Enrollment Agreement and making the initial payment. In this case, the student will receive a 100% refund of all tuition and fees paid.
Refunds After 5 Business Days
After the five-day cancellation period, refunds are calculated on a pro rata basis, determined by the number of instructional clock hours the student has accessed or received at the time of official withdrawal or dismissal.
Pro rata calculation is based on the percentage of instructional hours delivered or made available through live sessions, recordings, written materials, or educational platforms—regardless of whether the student attended the sessions or used the materials.
No refunds will be issued once the full course content has been provided.

• Materials and supplies fees (if applicable)

These fees are non-refundable once the corresponding materials have been provided or made accessible to the student.

Official Notice & Effective Date
Refund eligibility is determined by the official date of withdrawal, which is the date the Institute receives the student’s written cancellation notice.
To initiate a refund request, the student must:

1. Request and complete the official Cancellation & Refund Request Form, and
2. Submit it via email to info@institute-hypnosis.com,
3. Include a brief explanation of the reason for cancellation.

The required form can be obtained from the program manager assigned to the student. The date the form and notice are received will serve as the official withdrawal date.

Refund Method & Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 30 calendar days of the official date of withdrawal, cancellation, or dismissal.
• Refunds are issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Special Circumstances

Refunds outside of this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of:

• Verified medical emergencies
• Active military service
• Other extraordinary and documented situations

Such exceptions require written verification and approval from the Institute Director.
