Resource Development (RD) and Core Competency
  • Fundamental principles of mentoring
  • Differences between coaching and mentoring
  • Levels of coach maturity and Spiral Dynamics theory
Module 2: Ethical and Professional Standards — 10 hours

  • ICF Code of Ethics
  • Confidentiality and the structure of a mentoring session
  • The 13 ICF competencies and their application in mentoring
Module 3: Key Competencies — 20 hours

Online Format
All classes are held on Zoom. You can study from anywhere in the world.

Core Workshops
Held from 11:00 AM to 1:45 PM (including a coffee break from 12:00 to 12:15).

Practice Sessions
Additional practice meetings every week from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Intensity
The program runs for several months. You will begin applying your knowledge in practice right away.
