Chicago Institute of Hypnosis and Psychology. We welcome students from diverse backgrounds and are committed to helping you begin your journey toward professional certification in coaching, hypnotherapy, and applied psychology.
Please follow the step-by-step guide below to complete your application.
Step 1: Review Admission RequirementsBefore applying, please carefully review our
Admission Requirements to ensure you meet the minimum criteria related to:
- Age (18+ at the time of enrollment)
- Educational background (high school diploma, GED, or equivalent)
- Language proficiency (if applicable)
- Program-specific prerequisites (for advanced certifications)
If you have international credentials, you may need to provide a notarized English translation and a credential evaluation (WES, ECE, etc.).
Step 2: Choose Your ProgramExplore our
Academic Programs and identify the course or certification path that best fits your professional goals. Programs are designed for adult learners seeking specialized training in areas such as:
- Hypnotherapy and psychological counseling
- Professional coaching (ICF-aligned)
- Mind-body practices and integrative wellness
Each program page contains detailed admission requirements and course descriptions.
Step 3: Complete the Application FormSubmit your application using one of the following methods:
- Online Application: Apply Now
- Paper Application: Download and submit the completed form by email or in person.
You will be asked to provide:
- Your personal information and contact details
- Educational background
- Preferred program and start date
Step 4: Upload or Submit Required DocumentsAll applicants must submit the following supporting documents:
- Government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license)
- Proof of education (diploma, GED, or equivalent)
- Proof of age (if not included in your ID)
- English proficiency verification (if applicable)
- Program-specific certificates or transcripts (if required)
International students must submit notarized translations and credential evaluations, as needed.
Step 5: Sign the Enrollment AgreementOnce your application and documents are reviewed, eligible applicants will receive an
Enrollment Agreement outlining:
- Program details and learning objectives
- Tuition and fees
- Terms and conditions of enrollment
The agreement must be signed by both the applicant and an authorized representative of the Institute.
Step 6: Pay the Registration FeeIf applicable, a non-refundable
registration fee is due upon signing the Enrollment Agreement. Payment instructions will be provided in your acceptance email or portal.
Step 7: Confirmation of AdmissionAfter all documents have been received and the Enrollment Agreement is signed, you will receive an official
Letter of Admission with:
- Your confirmed start date
- Orientation details
- Access to course materials and student portal
